Graphical assets with amazing design would help grow the brand value and recall. WTQ is an agency that helps the online training and coaching industry in India. Job Description
- Create branded squeeze pages for lead magnets
- Adhere to brand guidelines while designing frontend of websites
- Create visually stunning user interfaces that convert well
- Proficient in WordPress web design, application development, maintenance, and security
- In-depth knowledge in CSS, HTML, content management system, Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
- Payment gateway integration, Instamojo integration
- Basic knowledge of WATI for Whatsapp business automation
- Page speed optimization for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and ranking
- Basic knowledge of SEO and Google ranking algorithms
- Ability to communicate well with the design and content team and create stunning branded websites
- Create a stunning branded landing pages using WP or third party sites like Swipepages
- Sound knowledge of WP plugins for example WooCommerce
- Website security and malware protection
- Migration of website and emails from one server to another
- Basic understanding of email autoresponders like ConvertKit, online tools like SemRush, Zapier, etc
- Meet deadlines without fail
- Ability to create beautiful inner pages with infographics and branded banners
- Work directly with the content management, graphic design, and digital marketing teams to deliver projects on time and of high quality
- Have an open mind to receive feedback and quickly incorporate changes in design
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred not required)
- Various forms of online education, certificates, and experience will be considered.
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a Web Developer, WordPress Web Designer
- Link to a solid portfolio demonstrating in-depth knowledge of design and related experience
- Knowledge of corporate branded websites
Skills & Abilities
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Quickly turn in quality work within the deadline
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships with trainers and coaches
- Problem-solving with a serving mentality
- Provide value upfront
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Docs & Zoom
